Estoppel/Association Questionnaire/Application for Approval Of Sale/Affidavit OF Sufficient Funds

Please submit your request for an Estoppel letter, Association Questionnaire, Completed Application for Approval of Sale, and Affidavit of Sufficient Funds. All required fields must be completed in order to submit this form. If you do not know the association name, please fill in the space ‘Do Not Know’.

Estoppel charge is $250 (additional $75 for 3 day RUSH delivery). Association Questionnaire charge is $75. Affidavit of Sufficient Funds charge is $50. Application for Approval of Sale cost varies per Association. Estoppel information will be provided on our standard Sovereign & Jacobs format. Please attach your Association Questionnaire, Completed Application for Approval of Sale and Affidavit of Sufficient Funds with the request form. Your authorization to charge your credit card is binding upon submission.  If a receipt is required, please print completed form prior to submission.
