Our Rental Department professionally manages short-term and long-term rentals throughout Central & Northeast Florida. Our team helps you maximize your return on investment by providing an up-to-date market analysis and advertising online with all the industry-leading platforms. In addition, we always have our finger on the pulse of what’s new and upcoming in our ever-changing environment. Our team conducts background & credit checks on all tenants, coordinates cleaning & maintenance, and inspects the unit on arrival and departure. Last but not least, we pride ourselves on making sure that all our guests have a wonderful stay!

ACCOUNTING

Our accounting team offers full-service property management accounting using TOPS software, which is number one in our industry. Whether your Association is professionally managed or self-managed our in-house staff assists Boards with budget development, payment collections, foreclosure, lien & bad debt tracking, verifying vendor contracts and insurance, weekly A/P approval, monthly financial reports, year-end financial audits, tax return preparation, maintaining FDIC limits and maximizing interest earned on Association funds.
